DSBN Academy School Council

The DSBN Academy School Council discovers new and exciting ways to contribute to the education of students in our school. At DSBN Academy, we believe that high quality education is a direct result from partnerships involving parents, students, teachers, principals, and the community. Involvement in the council gives parents and guardians the opportunity to strengthen that partnership, and to be part of a dedicated team working to support our students to become the first in their families to graduate from a post-secondary institution. Your participation makes a difference!

School Council Meetings

Get involved in the DSBN Academy School Council Meeting and make a difference in the lives of every student at our school. Meetings are held in the evening at 6:00 pm in the Learning Commons or are available by Webcast. Support your child’s education, and gain Parent Engagement Hours at home with our new Webcast. During our Webcast, we encourage parents to share their ideas for the future of DSBN Academy as a school of Excellence and Success and to meet other parents in their community and across the Niagara Region.

If you would like to join the School Council, but you cannot come to the meeting, our Webcast can be viewed on the same date and time by following the instructions below.

• At the end of the meeting, please record the duration of your parent engagement and provide that information to the school.
